James P. DeMott - 17th Airborne - 224 Medical Glider Rider
I had the pleasure to meet Mr. DeMott about 6 months before he passed. He was a medic and went in on Operation Varsity; the jump across the Rhein River. He went in via Flying coffin or glider. I would assume that he saved many a life.
